Combining Bodhimaya’s knowledge and expertise of personalised nutrition and body movement, and designed for brides-to-be seeking to shred and tone before their big day, this six-week programme combines expert lifestyle and nutritional guidance with high-intensity workouts led by our passionate personal trainers.
The programme kicks off with a private entry consultation with Bodhimaya nutrition expert, Olga Hamilton. Specialised in weight management, hormonal imbalances and gut disorders, Olga will determine goals over a healthy lunch in our Club & Spa restaurant. Fitness objectives will then be established over a one-to-one consultation with one of our personal trainers. Both a healthy eating plan and a take-home fitness plan will be shared to ensure brides-to-be stay on track and reach their target.
Over the course of the programme, and in addition to twice-weekly, hour-long PT sessions to ensure maximum results, fitness enthusiasts are able to join any group workout classes. In order to boost motivation and monitor progress, three follow-up sessions with Olga will be scheduled throughout the programme. After an intense six weeks, it’s time for some well-deserved R&R, as the bride-to-be and her mother are invited to enjoy a manicure and pedicure à deux in the Club & Spa’s beautiful and serene Painting Room.
