Alex has been a personal trainer for the last 12 years and is currently studying to become a Certified Strength Coach by UKSCA - the Professional Body for Strength and Conditioning in the UK.
He specialises in postural alignment, strength and conditioning, body transformations and functional movement.
A dedicated gymnast from 9 years old, Alex went on to participate in various disciplines including martial arts, dance and competitive sport.
A very focused individual, he helps clients achieve great results whilst having a fun and enjoyable experience along the way. Committed to wellness principles, he believes that creating balance in the mind and body is the best way to reach your goals.
