Fitness Classes

Reformer Pilates The Lanesborough Club And Spa

Our team of personal trainers and fitness instructors run small-sized fitness classes daily in our private studio and the group fitness area of our expansive gym, with no more than four participants per class, allowing our instructors to focus on each member individually.

Group exercise is a wonderful way of maintaining your fitness goals and introducing new techniques into your workouts, whilst having fun at the same time.

We offer on average 40 classes per week, including reformer pilates, boxing, yoga, HIIT, bootcamp, TRX and conditioning and more. Discover examples of our classes below. Classes are exclusive to Club & Spa members and hotel residents.

BODY SCULPT

Muscle toning class, improving strength and burning calories. Low impact exercise with free weights focusing mainly on the core.

HIIT

This class focuses on high intensity exercises that will burn maximum calories. Rounds of high intensity exercises followed by varied recovery times.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

This class will improve your strength and endurance. A combination of body weight and free weights exercises with rounds of cardio in between. Moderate energy class.

TRX & CONDITIONING

Combination of suspension training utilizing resistance training methods and bodyweight conditioning exercises.
