Fitness Classes


Our team of personal trainers and fitness instructors run small-sized fitness classes daily in our private studio and the group fitness area of our expansive gym, with no more than four participants per class, allowing our instructors to focus on each member individually.
Group exercise is a wonderful way of maintaining your fitness goals and introducing new techniques into your workouts, whilst having fun at the same time.
We offer on average 40 classes per week, including reformer pilates, boxing, yoga, HIIT, bootcamp, TRX and conditioning and more. Discover examples of our classes below. Classes are exclusive to Club & Spa members and hotel residents.
BODY SCULPT
A low-impact, muscle-toning class using free weights to strengthen and define, with a focus on the core.
HIIT
High-intensity intervals designed to burn maximum calories. Push through powerful exercises followed by varied recovery times.
SPIN
Indoor cycling with energizing music. High-intensity rides for cardiovascular fitness and muscle toning.
BOXING
One-on-one pad work with Irfan, plus heavy bag drills and classic boxing floor exercises.
REFORMER & MAT PILATES
Core-centered, full-body movements designed to lengthen, sculpt, and tone.
TRX & CONDITIONING
Combine suspension training with bodyweight conditioning for a challenging, full-body workout.
BUMS, LEGS & ABS REFORMER
Target your glutes, legs, and core in this dynamic Pilates class using reformer beds. Expect controlled movements, resistance, and a serious burn.
Fit Yoga
A fusion of Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, strength training, stretching, and sound bath. Energizing, empowering, and transformative.
DANCE BURN
A high-energy dance fitness class that combines cardio, strength, and fun choreography to torch calories and boost endurance. Move, sweat, and feel the beat.
SCULPT & TONE
A full-body workout designed to build strength, define muscles, and improve endurance with light weights and high-rep exercises. Get ready to sculpt and tone.
MEDITATION
Guided meditation with sound healing and acupressure to relieve stress, improve sleep, and boost wellbeing. Open to all levels.
GET STRONG
A strength-focused class to build muscle, increase power, and boost endurance through weights and resistance training. Lift, push, and get stronger.
YIN YOGA
Slow, deep stretches that target connective tissues, enhance flexibility, and promote relaxation through long-held, passive poses. Breathe, release, and unwind.
DANCE CLUB
A high-energy dance fitness class with club-style moves and upbeat music. Sweat, groove, and feel the party vibe.
STRENGTH
Fundamental lifts like squats, rows, presses, and deadlifts to improve overall strength and movement proficiency.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Improve strength and endurance with a mix of bodyweight and free-weight exercises, plus rounds of cardio. A moderate-energy, full-body workout.
HATHA YOGA
A gentle, slow-paced practice suitable for all levels. Focus on posture, breathing, and relaxation with props for support. Leave feeling balanced and energized.
CORE & STRETCH
Strengthen and lengthen your core while releasing tension in tight areas. A perfect balance of power and flexibility.
BOOTCAMP
Strength, HIIT, and core training combined into one intense session to push you to your limits.
BOXERCISE
Master boxing basics with pad work and conditioning circuits for a knockout workout.
CIRCUITS
Full-body training with varied exercises in fast-paced rounds to challenge strength, cardio, and core.
