New members receive a personalised membership card to access The Lanesborough Club & Spa through the main entrance, as well as the ability to use their card to book spa treatments and personal training.

Upon arrival, guests are greeted in our grand Reception, shimmering with soft lighting, gold-lined mirrors, dark wood and marble flooring, evoking art gallery-style interiors.

Dedicated Spa Butlers are available to assist with any need, from laundry services and dry cleaning, to providing luxury toiletries and delivering that all-important morning coffee.
